According to the book I have, the manufacturer recognizing the need for reverse tractors and released them for production. Right now I have the book lent out, but when I get it back I will put the name of the book and the information on the forum. Also, the credited information was reported to be obained from the Wisconsin Historical Archives, which obtained its documentation from the wealth of historical documents direct from International Harvester of Chicago.
