Ron,I don't know if your installing new sleeves but if you are here,s two things to do that make the installation a breeze:1 make sure the grooves in the block are super clean.2 put the sleeves in the deep freezer for 24hrs before you install them and they will slip right in with the push of your hand, thenuse a 2x4 like material and just set them with a little tap of the mallet. If your able to have some help or the freezer is close by just take one out of the freezer at a time, because if you bring them all out at once by the third one you'll have a lot more resistance. So many guy's have cracked the upper ledge on sleeves trying to hammer them in.Ron I thought even if you knew this someone else might benifit from the info.I rebuilt an H winter of 2000/01.She sure runs nice with lots of get-up-and-go for a 22-24 HP tractor. The winter of 1999/00 I rebuilt a Super'A' with over size pistons, gained about 6hp according to the dino..[Wish you all the best] Will
