Most A, B, and C pistons of the appropriate bore (i.e. 3" bore in 3" sleeves, etc) will work in the F12/14 (with IHC engine). I would recommend that increased compression pistons be checked for clearance in the F12 as the combustion chambers may be different. Most aftermarket sleeves also interchange. The factory sleeves may not interchange into the F12 because the waterjacket on the A, B, and C was made deeper. Consequently, the seal surface does not extend as far up the sleeves and will not permit installation into the F12. Most aftermarket sleeves had the longer seal surface on all sleeves to reduce inventories and would work in either series. I don't know if IHC changed to this type sleeve or not. I don't know if the rods interchange or not. The rod journal bearings appear to be the same, so if wrist pin and center-to-center length is the same, they should work.
