I've been bidding on, buying, and selling toy tractors on ebay for about 2-1/2 years. I check it every night. I've seen quite a bit of odd bidding. I have seen people run items twice as high as the item could've been bought out right from a dealer. I shop around and find out what the going price is, then figure in the shipping, before I bid on anything. I think some people see something they don't think they'll ever find again and go crazy. I have had a good experience with ebay so far. I will say that it's not for everybody.
