Super C shifting problems

Tried to level rock for drive today and shifter started acting up.When in gear tractor would start to die when letting out clutch. Stuck in 2 gears? Finally tried nuetral and it was in a foward gear, Straight to the garage she went. I have read the archives on shifting rails and forks and also the current post on shifting pin. Any one have any idea what I,m getting in to? I,m off tomorrow and ready to do a little wrenching. Thanks!
