Help setting up an 100 tractor with cultivators!!!

I would like to have some help with a tractor that my brother-in-law is helping with. He went with a farm team to Romania, there they have a Farmall 100 he thinks or so I hope, that needs the cultivators on it. The farm that they are at is a large orphanage that raise there own veg. They haven't got a clue how to set up the cultivators on this thing. I know someone with a scanner can get their book and give me some pictures. I would like to have any help and any sugestions.
