I've put 2 front seals in Cs....one a super C and just a plain 'ole C....both were somewhat hard. The C was easier, I pulled it with just a little heat and a 2 jawed puller. The super C was amazing...I took an old puller I had and cut slots so that the puller would fit deeper into the front pulley, it was amazingly hard to remove. I had bruises on my leg from pushing on the wrench when I finally got it off---and that was coupled with using the torch to heat it up somewhat (I didn't want to put too much heat on the end of the crank). I took a piece of pipe and welded a 1/4" plate on it, and used that as a driver to put it back on with. (I sized the pipe with the inner diameter of the crank pulley) I hope this helps...One was easy, one was VERY hard...but I had good luck...neither one leak oil now. Good Luck...holler back it you have trouble...I could go measure the puller I made, or send a pic....
