Hi Dave, i got one my self, as far as the pto, it comes on gradualy and locks back in side the pto unit it self. forward is off and you quest it,back is on. now to ajust it, there is a large nut on the top of the pto unit, remove it and use a small bar to push pin in and turn shaft counter clock one or two clicks and that should do it. good luck Craig
