Got a wheel to replace a bad one on my tractor.Bolted it on and clamped a scrap of wood to the drawbar so it almost touched edge of rim.Turning wheel slowly by hand I measure about 1/4" of wobble.I am pretty sure with some gentle tweaking I could get it closer than that.Should I worry about it,or just run it? Old farmalls don't go very fast anyway.
