I know in most cases the valves might be stuck too.But if the head is still on and you can take rocker shaft off,and by a small miracle the valves will shut.You can dump your liquid down the cylinders,put an air fitting in sparkplug hole and hook air hose to it,this will help to force the liquid down the cylinder and speed up the process.
