I had to replace the hydraulic pump on one of my super C's a couple of years ago. About $500 for a new pump, the old one was not rebuildable as it had worn groove from years of oil passing around in there. Jal is right, I would go a different route as well. Could be something wrong in the touch control unit as well. I think there were a couple different pumps, all looked similar, but slightly different between the C, super c, 100, 130 and 140, but I could be wrong.
