Bill good luck on the insert. They are not easy to find. Yes ref. 14, the adjustable flange is threaded on the inside and adjusts on ref. 17, the hub. Once you have ref 13, the flange, pressed back on you will see how 14 tightens or loosens up. Now is that confusing or what?!?!?!?
