F-450 Clutch/Torque Adjustment

From reading this message board, i now believe that our clutch/torque is out of adjustment. The trans is hard to shift out of gear unless you first pull the TA back, then it loosens everything up. where should i look for these adjustment specs., Like an IT shop manual or does the IH tractor operators manual have these adjustments listed?
