Was it safe? Looking back it was absolutely insane. I think one of the problems you run into is traction or what happens when you are loaded and you have a large difference in the amount of traction from one side to the other. Bad things happen when that occurs.

Pulling something only makes things worse. whatever you do, I would go slow and be ready to get off the clutch and on the brakes if your front comes up or you can't steer.

I'm not real sure I would lock the brakes...it might end up being your only steering. I don't know...
