Don't know what you're looking for but I vote for Wyoming. Its got everything the other states have but the people. To quote for the Book Centenial, "if you want to see Colorado in all its splinder, go to Wyoming". The best thing I like about my place is no covenents. I can raise what I want, build what I want, and don't have to worry about permits or permission. Wyoming has the best Right to Farm and Ranch laws in the country, once you get started they could build a city around you and the State Constitution protects you. Stay away from the northwest corner, around Jackson and the parks. Yuppies and movie stars moved in and jacked up the prices. The rest of the state is ok. Not many neighbors but the ones you find are great.
