Well, hopefully I can get the short block all buttoned up this weekend. Crankshaft, rods and block are ready to go, picking them up this afternoon. Head will probably take another week. I am hoping to get everything together and get the short block put back in the tractor so all that is left is to install the head next weekend. Through the use of several adapters and a new brake line I think I am going to get it hooked up! Weather seems decent today, kinda warm. Dad thinks he is going to be in the field next week, I laughed at him. Too cold and there is still snow on the buttes. Glad to hear you got your mag working! Cheap fixes are always fun. Steven
