I just fixed a gas leak last night, replace the carb. gasket. Really easy, but you have to take the whole carb off to reach all the screws. Would be good to also to clean out the carb bowl. Previously, I also had a leak around the gas bowl, under the tank. I just tightened all the conections and now everything is fine. Mine was in good condition, but you might find it necessary to replace more parts, like carb pin and gas bowl gasket, etc.
