You want my opinions on silly ideas; (1)Fast Hitch,great idea but not when the entire rest of industry had gone 3 point hitch. What they finally did in 63 with hitch on 7-806 was better but too late. (2) What did it cost in engineering to put that suck fan on 88 series tractors, the most ludacrus idea ever a fan shaft through radiator. (3) 2+2 fine idea if you want to put 200 plus hp on ground. My friend I am not trying to argue with you, just pointing out IH was poorly managed since fifties. Whereas the other company JD did a great job of marketing everyone else's ideas. Not one of the features on modern day tractor was their own.
