IHC #8 Plow center bracket and rim

I am looking for a crazy wheel rim with a flat metal bracket welded to the rim for an IHC 2-14 pull type trip plow. The rim should have a flat piece of steel welded at four corners with one large hole in the center with 3 holes, for the bolts to go through. Any help, suggestions, or leads would be greatly appreciate. All I need is the rim and flat bracket for my plow. Thanks for the help!
