Hi; I assume that the air leak is not the fault of bad hoses or leaky clamps.If your implement falls slowly in the neutral setting on your hand control,try taking your control valve apart,(just remove the bottom section ).Mine needed a good cleaning,a new gasket and a new rubber valve (still available).It`s operation is quite evident once you put everything back together.I hope this works for you.You will hold your plow up when you want and you will also drop faster.
