Shop Mule

What color is a Hebard A14 Shop Mule supposed to be? It looks like everything that Hebard manufactured was only ever painted yellow. The International stuff has red paint under the yellow. The mule was purchased new by the railroad in Chicago. Also, I understand that there is a registry for these. How do I get in contact with them? Thank you. Ed.
