706 L will not run above an idle

My 706L, that uses propane, will not run above an idle. The minute that you try to give it gas it dies. The points, condensor, rotor button and cap have been replaced. The vaporizer has been rebuilt, it would not run at all before it was rebuilt.

I would like to know the proper setting for the points? If you have any ideas they would be appreciated.
