Krey,I ordered the complete rebuild-kit from
Carter&Gruenwald,believe it cost $105.00.
Both bushings on mine were worn pretty bad
so I was able to use a small chisel,and cut
down the side of them,being careful not to
damage the inside bore.This helped to relieve
the pressure,and I was able to drive them out with a hammer,and an oak block.
