Dave, I have a 1954 Cub LoBoy industrial model. Its the same as the old farmall cubs only its about 6 inches lower to the ground. I've used it for plowing TONS of snow, doing some light dirt work, and mowing grass for years. I even adapted a sickle bar from a standard cub to fit it. I have turf tires, so I put 150# of weight on the rear wheels as well as tire chains and it really pushes snow!! I've cut 3 foot drifts out of our driveway with it!! I also use it to skid logs out of the woods for firewood. She'll pull a 30 foot maple log that's 16" in diameter with no trouble at all. My dad gave the tractor to me at age 12. I'm now 21 and dad had it for a long time before he even had me!! We've never had a lick of trouble with it. I guess that just goes to show that even though a cub is small, it's still a very durable machine. (especially if it held up to a 12 year old operator!!) Good luck in your search!!! ..Kipp
