It would be a costly and complicated job, lots of things different, mainly the brake pinion shafts and housings, H band brake are keyed on to drum, Super has splined shaft for the discs, if you dont do a lot of plowing I would just keep the band brakes for general use. Neither was perfect, disc was for higher heat when you braked the land wheel in plowing, more maintenance needed, band brake was more stopping power for general use.
