Dann, That H wasn't very close to its' original color. It was originally red! Someone was re-writing history. The only factory white demonstrators were: Super A, C, and Cubs. They were painted the same "whitecap white" as the 1950 trucks. I only know for sure about Cubs, because I researched mine carefully when I restored it, but I imagine the Super A's and C's were done the same: Lights, seat, steering wheel, and wheels were red.
