DUE TO CARB REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT WITH THE ENGINE STOPPED 1 ADVANCE THE SPEED CHANGE LEVER ABOUT 3/4 FULL THROTTLE. 2 DISCONNECT CONTROL ROD FROM CARB 3.HOLD CARB THROTTLE AGAINST ITS WIDE OPEN POSITION 4 MOVE GOVERNOR ROCKSHAFT LEVER TO REAR OF ITS TRAVEL AND ADJUST LENGTH OF GOVERNOR-TO- CARB CONTROL ROD SO THAT IT MAY BE RECONNECTED FREELY WITHOUT MOVING THROTTLE LEVER OR GOVERNOR LEVER I.E. ONE COMPLETE REVOLUTION COULD MAKE THE DIFF ERNCE IT TOOK ME ABOUT 3.5 TURNS THIS SHOULD HELP A BUNCH!! JOE
