Delbert,everyone I,ve been able to look at up close that is in original state seems to have that green paint on them especially underneath some old grease.Except for the 1937 model which was red the rest where painted a Charcoal color,and I guess for some reason the pigments in the paint turn green over a long period of time.The wheels were red.Sometimes you'll come across the odd 10-20 that is dated earlier than 1937 that is red all over but a old dealer[he's 96 yrs old and you'd never know it]told me that if they got a tractor in on a trade after the 37 red ones came out they painted them red to make them look newer than what they really were. Will
