Location of B temp gauge?

I sent off for a Farmall B manuel and havent gotten it in yet. The one I am working with is a '47 model and had ALOT of dust and grease on it. I managed to find the Oil preasure gauge under some gunk, but cant find a temperature gauge. Can anyone tell me if they came from the factory with temperature gauges installed, and if so where is the normal location? Thanks,
