What do you have for hydraulics right now, and how many remotes do you want to have? You can have up to three valves, with one outlet in back, and one on each side, at least thats how my 240 is set up. Now, look under your gas tank. you should see the hydraulic valve support. It's a big piece, with the lines from the pump running in to it, and it also contains the filter. At the top of it, the regulator/saftey valve and however many control valves you have will be mounted to it. You will need to have a control valve for left side hydraulics, a control valve for rear hyd. and a control valve for right side hyd. If you have all the parts including levers and linkages and o-rings on hand, it is simply a matter of removing the end plates and four long bolts that run through the control valves, valve support, and regulator/ saftey valve, adding your additional valves and using longer bolts to run through them. Mount valves in this order- End plate-Left control valve-Rear control valve-Valve support-Reg./saftey valve-Right control valve-End Plate. If you already have all of these parts in place all you have to do is remove plugs from the valves and add plumbing/couplers. If you don't have all the parts, it will be hard to find them. If you need more help, post back, or see if a local Case-IH dealer will print you off the exploded view of the hyd. valves from the parts book.

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”. I’m par
