super C fast hitch

came across super c for parts this weekend.found some bits and pieces for my 50 C. super c had fast hitch system. Did they have hyd. tilt for side adj.? never seen one up close before people tell me it should have a screw adj.like a cub. hitch is pretty good shape, only thing that comes with it is the draw bar, whats it worth?? thanks
