Hydrolic leak(oklahoma city)

Well I thought I had cleared my last hurdle but no such luck, I was pouring oil into the hydrolic tank and it was coming out from the bottom just as fast. I look underneath and its coming out from under the medal cover,I can see where the lip has been bent back. Larger than a gasket leak. What is that peice of metal called, and if I take that off what am I going to run into.I am either going to have to find a farmall machanic in the oklahoma city area or one of you guys are going to have to mow this lawn. Thanks for the help
