It will not fit a Super C. IH made two sizes of the fast hitch, the 300 used the larger size as did the 400, and the 200 (same as the Super C) used the smaller size. I don't know about value in your area but my brother just bought one at an auction in central Wisconsin and he paid $80. I haven't seen it but he says it's a good one and it has the guage wheel.
