Ford is having a lot of trouble with the newer power strokes. go to http://www.ford-diesel.com/ and look at all the post's about the problems. Idle knock, crackle, poor mileage, brake problems, steering problems, clutch problems. If I were to go buy a diesel I would get a Dodge because of the Cummins. Last week I went and got a 656 with a 99 Dodge with a 24 valve Cummins and I don't know why any one would ever want any thing else.
