I posted two weeks ago asking for a friend if a 123 motor would bolt up in his B.Thanks to some very good advise here he bought the motor and it fit like a glove. It would turn over but not fire at the right time. When I drove out to take a look, the plug wires where hooked up insted of #1 to the front, they where pluged in by the fireing order on the block. When I bought an old C once it was the same way and would run that way "poorly" with the dist 180 out. At that time got good advice from Bob M and The Red how to straighten it all out. After about 10 mins of changing things around it fired up on the first pull and purred like a kitten. What a great sound. It was pouring rain here tonight and his son Arron still had to take the B that once belonged to his grandpa out for a test ride. Took a few photos for you guys if your interested. Bob and Red, your help just keeps on giving.
