take the cap off the top of the roosa master and you will have to remove a rod and spring if I remember correctly to get to the leaf spring.rotate the engine to where you can see a allen head hole in the bottom of the pump cavity,insert a correct size allen wrench and back off (counterclockwise)a quarter turn at a time.reinstall pieces and give it a test run.my 1206 is set 3/4turn back from bottomed out.this controls amount of fuel cc's My 1206 was the same way and had to be adjusted down,scared to blow her up.
