Super Ms did not have live PTO, but the later Super M (stage II) had live hydralics driving from the distributor gear. As far as finding an M&W hand clutch, they show up once in a while on the auction on this site, or in the classifieds, or I even saw one on eBay a while back. There is a fair amount involved in installing one also. What the hand clutch does is disengage the rear wheels while the rest of the transmission keeps running. If you are interested in one, post a wanted to buy on the classifieds on this site. BTW - the only M that had live PTO from the factory was the Super MTA. Steven
