Help me with a plow.

Farmall Friends: I've acquired a plow. Price was right: FOB my shed! Local tractorfriend took it off a SuperC that he's dressing to pull and gave it to me.
But I need some help: what do I have?
It looks like a 2x14 that -- what? -- mounts up under the Super C and is engaged through the touch-control hydraulics? Is there a model number I should know about or be looking for? What's a good resource for a parts list,... and an operator's manual?
The tailend of one of the moldboards is sheared clean off but otherwise I think it's got all its parts,... and it's too good to hang morning glories on!
