I have been looking around for the fourth and fifth slider gears for my tractor and found a new replacement on this website. The problem is I was at a dealership and they had an h half torn down to redo the transmission and the mechanic said that you should get the new shaft that connects together with the 4/5 gear when it engages It would be part number 358024R1. Would a new one for an h work even though they have different part numbers and speeds or am I going to have to reuse the old shaft and hope I dont have an problems with it down the road. If so where can I get a new shaft. Thanks, andy
