Try L.B. Roe Corp.(714)995-5921. They have a fluid that you could pour into your gas tank that will disolve the rust to clean metal. I have seen a rusty water pump taken to bright metal in 20min. Try to get the loose stuff out because the solids will take away the potency. You can reuse it and it's biodegradable.
