Your pistons on brake calipers and tension rollers on tracks are designed and sealed so grease cannot escape therfore pushing the piston out. The engine has valves that will be open and grease will just go out. The only way it would work on an engine is to take the head off and make a plate for top so grease could not go out valves. But to exert enough pressure to move piston grease might go down past end gap on rings.
