Gas Leak - 1944 Farmall H`

Have had my H running good, finally. Had the magneto rebuilt. I left it outside last night which shouldn't be a problem in itself. But there is gas leaking out the bottom of the D-10 carburetor, it has been doing that upon turning the engine over all along but the engine has started. Well, it seems like the engine is flooded and it won't start. It tried to fire a couple of times but it seems to be flooded. I ran the battery down anyway, plus it's raining. Should I just pull the carb off and have it rebuilt? Maybe the float is sticking?
