Remove the adjustment shaft that is on the lower front of the cover ( 11/16 and 5/8 wrench ), remove the cover bolts and cover. Once the cover is off it's almost idiot-proof. You do have to tap out the center cap on the brake cover to line up the new brake disk. It would be wise to replace the rubber dust covers where the adjusters go in. These type of brakes are prone to getting dirt and water in through these holes.
