Here are some pics of my 1946 Farmall A. Yes, I know some things are not right, like the white grille and the gauges. This tractor has been USED on our farm for several years now, I like gauges that work, and only recently found out about the repro IH gauges - they will go on when I get the $$$ to do it. Anyways, anyone ever seen a seat like that before? I haven't - it must be some aftermarket seat right?

This is a step I welded up one day for it. Really simple, just put a longer bolt in the drawbar mount and bolt it right up.

These are pics of the hydralic setup on the A. Pressure both ways and works great! Not live since it is run from the belt pulley, but better than no hydralics. And yes, that is a Farmall starting tank used for an oil reservoir. Gotta give the guy credit for keeping it IH! The pump is a little slow if you use it to move big implements, but has plenty of pressure for anything an A will pull.
Hope this gives some ideas to others. Steven

It was the only
