The guys could be right about a fuel problem but my M will do what you discribe about once per year and not have enough power to pull your hat off and everytime a new set of points and condenser fixed the problem. On the other hand when my H need a new set of points and condenser it will just quit running - don't know why they act differently as both have distributors and 12 volts but they do.
