Its fairly common for those H-4 mags to get water in around the coil cap and then it works down to the point chamber. Are the points dry? I always run a bead of silicone sealer around the coil cap when I rebuild one of those mags because those @#$%^& little coil cap gaskets always fall out of place. I've never had one of those mags get wet again after I did this.... Brian
