You need couple of the old spoon type bars and couple different hammers..(4 pounder and a big rubber or rawhide) Most guys like changing them on the tractor which is OK but I like them flat on the floor...really once you break the bead from the rim it's very easy...the tire almost comes off by it self...the only hard part is to be careful when putting on new tire not to pinch tube and pinch tube during re-airing of tire...
