Daniel, I would suggest you try to change them on the tractor unless you have someone fairly strong to help. I have reversed the wheel on one side of my M by myself a couple of times so it fits on my trailer and I can tell you from experience that it can get pretty scary. My guess is that a complete rim hub and tire assembly for my M weighs several hundred pounds. I just had one rear tire repaired at the local shop (well worth the $21.50 charge) and they had a special bead breaker that made short work of getting the tire off the rim to remove and patch the tube. I just trailered the tractor to town (about 15 miles) and they did all the hard work. That makes a big difference when you're 54 years old and only 5'6" and not in the best of shape any more. :o) Phil
