Yes, the lever on the shaft was spinning. I used the tractor yesterday to pull a fertilizer wagon and the governor seemed to give me the right amount of power. I still don't have much range on the throttle control lever. Idle is in the middle, so I'm only working with 1/2 the range. I could lengthen the push rod to the throttle shaft, but I'm not sure if that would help. How do you synchronize the governor and the carb?
