Thought I would pass a tip on to anyone installing or removing C, H, etc rear wheel weights without a helper. Postion the rear wheel so one of the 4 wheel weight bolt holes is at top center. Insert a 36" long 3/4" steel rod through that hole and on under the seat platform. You may need a short 2x4 block between the rod and the seat platform. The rod will stick out past the rim about a foot. Roll the weight into position with one of its holes at the top directly under the rod. You'll be able to lift it straight up 8" or so with your arms and onto the rod without using your back. Slide it inward on the rod up against the hub. It will hang from the rod while you install the other 3 bolts. Remove the rod and install the 4th bolt. My rims and weights were newly painted. I was able to do it this way by myself without scraching any paint. Not to mention not smashing any fingers, getting a hernia, or blowing out my back. To remove a weight, just do the above in reverse.
